01 Introduction & Scope

Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for any active bonus have been met.

• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳17,000

Wagering Requirement Example

If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) before making a withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse, multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity will be cancelled.
• 7ezbb reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time without notice.
• The terms of other ongoing promotions apply separately.

06 Gaming Rules

Fair Play & Service Integrity

Faulty Game Outcomes

If a game outcome is not correctly determined due to a technical error or software bug, 7ezbb reserves the right to void that round. In such cases, the amount wagered will be returned to the relevant user's account.

• Failure to complete age or identity verification

• Account loss resulting from unauthorised logins (where the user was negligent)
